Campbell's Skillet Mac 'n' Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning or 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell's condensed tomato soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 cup corn kernel, frozen whole
  • 3 cups corkscrew-shaped cooked pasta, cooked without salt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 coook beef, onion and italian seasoning in skillet until browned.
  • 2 pour off fat.
  • 3 add soup, water and corn.
  • 4 heat to a boil.
  • 5 cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until corn is tender.
  • 6 add pasta and heat through.
  • 7 sprinkle with cheese.
