Boiled Baby Confetti Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 (28 ounce) package confetti baby potatoes (mixed colors)
• 4 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 minced garlic cloves
• 1 tablespoon italian seasoning

Recipe

• 1 wash potatoes.
• 2 do not remove skins.
• 3 cut each potato in half and put in large pot.
• 4 fill pot with water and bring to boil over medium heat.
• 5 boil potatoes until tender.
• 6 drain water and put potatoes in bowl.
• 7 mix in olive oil, italian seasoning and minced garlic.
• 8 serve hot.
