Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 whole egg
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons cold water
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl combine flour and salt.
- 2 make a well.
- 3 mix together the wet ingredients and pour into well.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 turn out onto a floured board and knead until firm, shiny and elastic.
- 6 at this point cover and chill for 1 hour, up to 24 hours.
- 7 when ready to use follow instructions for manual pasta machine or cut into manageable pieces and roll out to desired thickness, cut into desired shape.
