- 2 carrots (shredded or chopped)
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 cup frozen corn or 1 cup fresh corn
- 1 cup cooked black beans (optional)
- 1 (12 ounce) bottle creamy italian dressing
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients into crockpot, mixing well.
- 2 cook on low, 4-6 hours, or until done.
