Cheesy Spinach Pinwheels

Ingredients

• 1 can refrigerated pizza dough (or 1/2 recipe of easy peesy pizza dough recipe 35805)
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon water
• 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, drained thoroughly
• 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
• 1 tablespoon garlic salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 'f and lightly grease baking sheet or use a silicone mat.
• 2 stir egg and water in a small bowl.
• 3 roll out pizza dough and brush dough with egg mixture.
• 4 top dough with the mozzarella, parmesan cheese and spinach.
• 5 sprinkle with italian seasoning and garlic salt.
• 6 roll up like a jelly roll. cut into 1/2 inch slices and place on baking sheet.
• 7 brush with remaining egg mixture.
• 8 bake 15 minutes or until golden brown and hungry.
