Ingredients

- 1 lb broccoli rabe
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 wash broccoli rabe and remove thick stems.
- 2 add olive oil to 2 quart pot and heat.
- 3 add garlic and let cook 1 minute.
- 4 add broccoli rabe and salt and cover.
- 5 cook 10 minutes, stiring often.
- 6 serve with 1/4 lemon, the juice offsets the bitter taste of the greens.
