Baked Farfalle With Broccoli

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb farfalle pasta (can substitute with cavetelli)
- 1 bunch broccoli floret (brassica oleracea)
- 4 -6 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 sauté garlic and butter in pan.
- 2 slightly brown, do not overcook.
- 3 steam broccoli until bright green and soft.
- 4 cook farfalle according to packing instructions.
- 5 when using barilla cook 11 minutes for al dente. combine all above ingredients in bowl; mix in grated cheese.
- 6 place into oven safe dish and bake for 5-10 minutes at 350°f.
