Audrey's Corn Frito Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 2 cups asiago cheese, fontina, mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, romano cheese blend (italian style 6 cheese blend)
  • 16 ounces light mayonnaise (i used smart balance omega)
  • 16 ounces mexicorn (drained)
  • 4 ounces chopped jalapenos (drained, opt.)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • 2 mix ingredients together.
  • 3 spread over baking dish.
  • 4 place in oven for 30 minutes or until boiling.
  • 5 serve with corn chips (i like frito's scoops or santitas yellow corn).
