Red Potato Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 15 potatoes
  • 1 (16 ounce) bottle italian-style salad dressing

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

    Ready Time: 1 hr 5 mins

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. arrange potato halves around chicken, then cover all with salad dressing.
  • bake at 375 degrees f (190 degrees c) for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
