Campers' Sausage Supper

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 16 ounces small red potatoes
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 16 ounces italian sausage
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary

Recipe

  • 1 get grill going.
  • 2 prepare an aluminum foil bag.
  • 3 wash potatoes, chunk up into bite size pieces, and add to bag.
  • 4 chunk up red onion and add to bag.
  • 5 remove skin from sausage, cut into bite size pieces, and add raw sausage to vegetables.
  • 6 sprinkle on rosemary.
  • 7 seal bag.
  • 8 grill in covered grill for 45 minutes.
  • 9 or bake in covered casserole at 450 degrees.
