Campers' Sausage Supper

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 16 ounces small red potatoes
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 16 ounces italian sausage
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
Recipe
- 1 get grill going.
- 2 prepare an aluminum foil bag.
- 3 wash potatoes, chunk up into bite size pieces, and add to bag.
- 4 chunk up red onion and add to bag.
- 5 remove skin from sausage, cut into bite size pieces, and add raw sausage to vegetables.
- 6 sprinkle on rosemary.
- 7 seal bag.
- 8 grill in covered grill for 45 minutes.
- 9 or bake in covered casserole at 450 degrees.
