Creamy Italian Potato-sausage Cups #sp5

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk lamb sausage (hot or medium)
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (2/3 ounce) package italian salad dressing mix
  • 1 (20 ounce) package simply potatoes diced potatoes with onion
  • 4 (2 ounce) packages frozen miniature phyllo tart shells

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in a large skillet, brown lamb sausage until cooked through.
  • 3 remove sausage from skillet; pat any remaining grease with paper towel.
  • 4 in a large size bowl, combine sour cream and italian dressing mix; mix well.
  • 5 stir in cooked sausage and the simply potatoes.
  • 6 place phyllo cups on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • 7 spoon potato-sausage mixture into the cups.
  • 8 bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  • 9 serve warm.
  • 10 makes: 4 1/2 dozen.
