- 1/4 cup egg beaters egg substitute
- 6 ounces crab
- 1/4 cup red onion, minced
- 15 mushrooms
- fat-free italian salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 marinate mushrooms in italian dressing for at least 12 hours.
- 2 mix sour cream, egg beaters, onion and crab.
- 3 pour mixture into mushrooms.
- 4 heat in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
