Eggs And Tomato

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 use one little earthenware pan for each person.
  • 2 put into pan 2 tbs olive oil and 2 tbs tomato puree and let cook until tomato appears almost dry.
  • 3 add eggs, scramble with tomato and cook until is done.
  • 4 add salt and pepper and serve hot with your preferred bread aside.
  • 5 choice of good tomato puree is very important. canned tomatoes or fresh, ripe tomatoes may also be used. pepper should be freshly ground.
