Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces vermicelli (about 1/2 of a box)
- 32 ounces chicken broth or 32 ounces vegetable broth
- 4 cups water
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 -2 teaspoon saffron
Recipe
- 1 boil vermicelli in broth and water until done.
- 2 drain and add butter, saffron and cheese.
- 3 serve hot.
