Cheesed Vermicelli

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces vermicelli (about 1/2 of a box)
  • 32 ounces chicken broth or 32 ounces vegetable broth
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 -2 teaspoon saffron

Recipe

  • 1 boil vermicelli in broth and water until done.
  • 2 drain and add butter, saffron and cheese.
  • 3 serve hot.
