Ceci Ragu

Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in a large saucepan (2 qt minimum).
- 2 bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
- 3 reduce ragu to desired consistence.
- 4 season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 serve with brown rice or pasta.
