Caesar Dressing Vegetarian

Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
- 1/2 cup lowfat silken tofu
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon miso
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 place garlic in a food processor and chop fine.
- 2 scrape down sides, add all ingredients, and process until smooth.
- 3 (to make vegan add a parmesan substitute like soy cheese (without casein) or nutritional yeast).
