Caesar Dressing Vegetarian

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/2 cup lowfat silken tofu
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon miso
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon vegetarian worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place garlic in a food processor and chop fine.
  • 2 scrape down sides, add all ingredients, and process until smooth.
  • 3 (to make vegan add a parmesan substitute like soy cheese (without casein) or nutritional yeast).
