Big Blue Meatloaf

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 lbs ground beef
  • 8 saltines, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning (meat magic preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (try me tiger sauce preferred)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 jumbo egg
  • 4 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/3 cup grated romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup red wine

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 combine all ingredients except the 1/4 cup barbecue sauce and the wine.
  • 3 mix very well with hands.
  • 4 shape into a loaf shape.
  • 5 place in lightly greased baking pan.
  • 6 bake for 1 hour, draining grease if necessary.
  • 7 combine remaining barbecue sauce and wine.
  • 8 pour over top of meatloaf.
  • 9 bake an additional 1 hour.
  • 10 let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
