Deer Heart

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 venison heart
  • 8 ounces italian dressing

Recipe

  • 1 trim the heart and slice approximately 1/2 in thick.
  • 2 marinate in italian dressing overnight.
  • 3 grill to medium rare (usually about a minute or two per side.).
