Crock Pot Sausage W/ Chickpeas & Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained
- 2 lbs italian sausage, cut in half
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except chickpeas and sausage to crockpot; stir well.
- 2 pour chickpeas over mixture and then top with sausage.
- 3 cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
