Creamy Italian Chicken

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
• 2 tablespoons roasted garlic and red pepper spice mix
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 tablespoon oil
• 1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
• 1 cup heavy cream

Recipe

• 1 coat chicken with the flour and 1 tbs. of seasonings.
• 2 heat 1 tablespoons oil in a large skillet on medium heat.
• 3 add chicken and 1/2 cup sliced bell pepper; cook and stir 4 minutes.
• 4 stir in 1 tablespoons seasoning and 1 cup heavy cream. simmer 5 minutes.
• 5 serve over noodles. i used macaroni and it turned out great.
