Cheesy Biscuit Lasagne

Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 10 canned pilsbury refrigerated biscuits (refrigerated section)
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 brown beef and drain.
- 3 add 1 1/2 cups water, tomato sauce, tomato paste, italian seasoning and pepper. cover and simmer 20 minutes.
- 4 combine mozzarella, cottage cheese, parsley & onion.
- 5 press each biscuit into 4" circles.
- 6 place 2 tbsp cheese mixture on each biscuit.
- 7 fold over and press edges toether with fork to seal.
- 8 pour meat mixture into ungreased 9x13" baking dish.
- 9 top with cheese filled biscuits.
- 10 sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 11 bake for 20-25 minutes, or until biscuits are golden brown.
