- 2 flour tortillas (7-inch)
- 3 tablespoons philadelphia cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup mozzarella cheese, partly skimmed, shredded
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 2 teaspoons zesty italian dressing
- 2 teaspoons parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400°f place 1 tortilla on baking sheet; spread with cream cheese. top with mozzarella cheese, basil and second tortilla.
- 2 brush with dressing; sprinkle with parmesan cheese,.
- 3 bake 8 minutes or until golden brown. cut into 8 wedges.
