Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers, roasted and quartered
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons italian parsley
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 1 garlic clove, coarsely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a food processor, process everything together except yogurt and salt and pepper.
- 2 stir in yogurt. season to taste with salt and pepper.
