Dressing #1 (low-sodium Italian Dressing)

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 4 cloves roasted garlic

Recipe

  • 1 blend all ingredients.
  • 2 refrigerate 2 hours, if possible, before serving.
  • 3 shake before serving.
