Creamy Spaghetti And Meatballs

Total Time: 21 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 16 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 700 ml spaghetti sauce
  • 10 ounces undiluted cream of mushroom soup
  • 30 meatballs, they can be the frozen store bought ones
  • 1/2 lb spaghetti
  • 1 cup freshly chopped cilantro or 1 cup parsley

Recipe

  • 1 bring a large pot full of water to boil. pour pasta sauce and undiluted mushroom soup into a large saucepan.
  • 2 bring to boil over med heat , whisking frequently about 6 minutes.
  • 3 stir in frozen meatballs into sauce, reduce heat to med low.
  • 4 cover and simmer stirring occasionly until meatballs are heated through out. 10 -12 minutes.
  • 5 while sauce is cooking add pasta to the boiling water and cook to package directions.
  • 6 drain pasta and return to saucepan and add meatball sauce and cilatro and toss.
