Cheesy Alfredo Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 pint heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (not fat-free)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded romano cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon adobo seasoning or 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 in a small sauce pan, melt butter.
- 2 reduce heat to low/med.
- 3 add heavy cream to butter and stir until heated through.
- 4 add half of the mozzarella and half of the parmesan/romano blend.
- 5 stir until cheese is melted and smooth.
- 6 add remainder of the cheese and continue to stir until smooth.
- 7 add adobo seasoning or garlic powder and salt.
- 8 stir for another 1-2 minutes.
- 9 serve hot over your favorite meat, pasta, or rice. if sauce in pan cools or separates, just reheat and stir will until butter blands back inches.
